The Role
This is an ideal role for a competent Administration Officer who relishes working in a positive and rewarding workplace.
The position is based at our Adelaide Office supporting the business through a range of important administration duties. The candidate will be given appropriate mentorship and ownership of tasks, creating a wonderful opportunity to develop a central role in the team.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities, Skills and Experience
Assist engineering and accounting staff with the setting-up and administration of projects.
Document and template creation, content maintenance.
Drafting of fee proposals and tender documents.
Raising sales invoices.
Staff/client scheduling of meetings & site visits.
Data entry and general office duties.
Update of client records.
Assist with aspects of Quality Assurance Accreditation.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with project/CRM software well regarded.
Typically 5 years+ experience in an administration role.
Sound analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and also effectively as part of a team.
Driven to complete assigned tasks on time, with accuracy and to agreed standards and practices.
Full working rights in Australia.
