
Remedial Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Reports to Remedial Team Leader, min 3-5 years’ experience.
Conduct detailed investigations and condition assessments of existing structures.
Investigations cover a wide range of issues including waterproofing, concrete spalling, structural cracking and other load bearing structures that require remediation.
Prepare high-quality written reports.
Design and documentation for remediation and strengthening works.
Responsible for the project management / superintendency of remedial work packages.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients and contractors (eg. strata managers, owners’ corporations, building managers).
Ensure projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Essential Criteria
Relevant tertiary degree qualifications in Engineering.
3.5 years of experience.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and documentation).
Effective client management and service skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to build and maintain effective internal/external professional working relationships.
