Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to Remedial Team Leader, min 3-5 years’ experience.

  • Conduct detailed investigations and condition assessments of existing structures.

  • Investigations cover a wide range of issues including waterproofing, concrete spalling, structural cracking and other load bearing structures that require remediation.

  • Prepare high-quality written reports.

  • Design and documentation for remediation and strengthening works.

  • Responsible for the project management / superintendency of remedial work packages.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients and contractors (eg. strata managers, owners’ corporations, building managers).

  • Ensure projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Essential Criteria 

  • Relevant tertiary degree qualifications in Engineering.

  • 3.5 years of experience.

  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and documentation).

  • Effective client management and service skills.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective internal/external professional working relationships.

  • Values of Reliability, Professionalism, Trust & Respect, and Fairness.

Software Requirements
