Overview
At Triaxial we bring design, technology and innovation together to deliver world-class engineering solutions. We are now seeking a Senior Structural or Civil Engineer to lead our talented South Australian team across a diverse portfolio of quality projects.
As the Regional Manager you will provide strategic leadership, technical oversight and operational management to our engineering teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving project delivery excellence, nurturing talent, and expanding our capabilities across key market sectors.
A key focus will be the development and implementation of strategic growth plans for the SA group, aligning with the Company’s direction and business objectives.
You will be given autonomy, responsibility and opportunity to grow and advance your career in a progressive and growing consultancy. You will get the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of dynamic projects and enjoy flexible working hours such as a 9-day fortnight.

Minimum 10 years+ experience.

High level of technical experience and competence across a variety of engineering projects.
Commercially focused with an ability to develop new business opportunities.
Strong analytical, negotiation and service skills to operate at all levels of the business both internally and externally.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity from fee proposal stage through to completion and billing.
Experience with contract management, invoicing, forecasting and resourcing.
Proven skills to plan, monitor and manage project activities across teams.
Ability to be able to manage emerging issues, problem solve and deliver resolution.
Ability to ensure all project activities are delivered to quality standards, within budget, on time and to client expectations.
Relevant engineering tertiary qualifications, proficiency with engineering and office software.
