Holt Avenue, Cremorne NSW
The development consisted of a 5 unit complex with internal courtyards, above a shared basement. Site constraints meant that the coordination of documentation between architectural, structural, civil and hydraulics in design concept stage permitted a smooth transition thought the construction phase and to completion. Planter box and courtyard drainage was critical through the ground floor transfer slab.
Crown Street, St Peters NSW
A new townhouse development in St Peters which consisted of a basement carpark and nine 2 storey townhouses. An existing cottage was also retained for historical reasons.
Highlights of the project included managing the stormwater and groundwater within the site and discharging through an old council owned dunny lane to the kerb and gutter. The easement required construction coordination with council including pavement reinstatement for rear lane access to the site.
