As Civil Design Team Leader, Michael oversees small teams involved in the design, development and documentation of large scale commercial and industrial projects.
Michael manages, delegates and supervises engineering design and drafting workload. He manages projects autonomously and facilitates the documentation of Civil Engineering Design. This requires liaison with clients, builders, developers and regulatory authorities.
Michael is often the initial point of contact required to understand the scope of work. This in turn allows him to address customer needs.
Project experience ranges from residential developments to multi-story commercial and industrial buildings including specialised bulk handling facilities, whilst the documentation may involve detailing reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, timber and surrounding civil site works.
